Structure Description

Conductor + Triple Independent Insulation = Reinforced Insulation

Triple-insulated wire extrudes three independent insulation layers sequentially over the copper conductor, each capable of independently passing insulation testing. When stacked in three layers, it qualifies as a winding wire component at the "Reinforced Insulation" level as defined in annexes such as IEC 62368-1 Annex J and IEC 61558-1 Annex K (actual status per corresponding certification documents), thereby allowing elimination of isolation tape and reduction of creepage distance during winding, resulting in smaller transformers and more streamlined winding processes.

Copper Conductor
Copper wire providing the primary conductive path.
First Insulation Layer (PET)
Polyester PET, basic insulation directly covering the conductor.
Second Insulation Layer (PET)
Second independent PET insulation, enhancing voltage withstand capability.
Third Insulation Layer (PA)
Outermost polyamide PA; three independent layers stacked achieve reinforced insulation level.
